Like the game Treasure Isle by Zynga, this game is based on treasure hunting and explorations. However, you must be request what makes this game dissimilar from any other treasure hunting game out there?

First off we look at the interface of Treasure Madness. The thing here is, this game is not fully base on Flash alone. I do consideration that some part of the game is made out of web interface. This is kind of unique with the aggregate of both worlds. Condition bars and catalogue menus are placed on the right side of the screen and it is not part of flash, rather it is web based here. On the centre of the screen is where you do your main interaction.

The Game first introduce you to the welcome screen and as soon as you click Play, you will be display with the loading screen of the Bi-Plane flying to a unknown island. This is where you game starts. Tutorial in this game is uncomplicated and rather short.

Once you reach the island you will be instructed to Dig the grown you walk on. From there it is assuredly depends on your luck to see what you can find below. Funny part of the game here is if you do not find anything the your character will shout out loud in strange symbols (You might get the joke to this if you read a lot of comics) and if you do find something a new screen will pop up and contribute you with a challenge. This is where this game truly shines compared to Treasure Isle.

Each looking will contribute you with a mini-game which is randomly generated and contribute players with a opportunity to play games like Fruittle, Pearls Mania and a few others more. Each games plays differently and this allow players to assuredly play the game without getting bored of the same old thing over and over again.

The mini-games are easy to play and most will come with a uncomplicated study on how the game works. After a few hours into the game, I assuredly love how the developers do with all the mini-games as some is very addictive and easy to master for all ages. Once you completed the mini-game a bonus will be in case,granted to the player. However if the player somehow lose while the mini-game, then no bonus is offer. Somehow this game provides player with challenge to all the time try to beat the mini-game to gain extra bonus items.

The game itself is not only about digging the ground you walk on, you will also have to chop down trees, vines and also do a slight mining operations. However most tool need to be buy and it does not come cheap. So for the first few round, players will be slight to digging the earth a bit.

Something I do consideration is that once you conclude a map, player will then have to buy a new map in order to continue their treasure hunting quest. This is where a bit of reserved supply administration comes in as you need to plan a bit on what to buy and what not. Nothing is assuredly serious on this part of the game play.

Another thing we look at is the catalogue system. The catalogue law can be access at anytime and the right side of the screen. In general the only thing the players need to worry about is their Condition as it is used to help player continue their hunting. Not assuredly the best graphic you can find in Facebook gaming as some of the texture in the game is rather uncomplicated and plain. But this is not to say this is an ugly game to begin with. This game does has its shines in the graphic department.

Sound

I do not assuredly commentary much on the sound as I do not assuredly recall having any music. Sound Fx and rather plain, but for this sort of game it is rather favorable as you do not assuredly need to hear a lot from the game itself.

Treasure Isle is all about... Well, digging. Personally I find this game a bit odd at first as the only thing you do is dig, dig and well... More digging.

The game starts you off with the character creation screen and from there you can choose either to be a boy or a girl treasure hunter. Later on if you conclude that you like to choose a separate gender, then game seems to allow you to do that. A bit separate from the other games I played as regularly once you choose the gender of your character; you are stuck with it unless you generate a whole new catalogue for it. Nevertheless, this is how the developers in Zynga want the game to work. To supply players with a bit of free time in what they want to do.

After you end deciding on your gender the game tutorial will begin, instructing you on how the game mechanic works. You start off on a small and I do mean small, small island as you start... Well... Digging!

Your goal in the game is to dig nearby the island and find buried treasure of discrete sort. Pirate treasure, aged lost civilization or just plain old junks. At anytime on the game you can click on the map to show your current location, like which island you are currently on and the island surrounding it. As you finished digging up the whole island and this seems to be a must in the game in order to strengthen to the next area. You will then be notified by the game of your completion and the map will open up the next island for you.

Treasure that you find will comes in a set, derive all the treasure and you get to trade in for a prize, depending on the treasure that you find. While some treasure is like great seeing of the centuries, others are a bit disappointing. Fantasize digging up a broken barrel and the game considers it a treasure.

Once in a while you, after you are bored with digging up treasures, you can just take your tiny boat to your home island. This is where the second part of the game comes in. Here you will be able to customize your characters look, their gender and the outfit they wear.

Other activities include planting of fruits which can be later harvest to be consumed as power refills. Buy furniture to decorate your island into a Tiki heaven or just lay back and chill. Anything your selection is you would not absolutely find much to do on this part of the area really.

Now after all that, we will now look at how the game works a bit. First thing is that you character will have a durability bar on top of the screen. This is to show you what the current durability is and how much you can do before you need to take a break from your treasure hunting. Like most of the Facebook game out there is a small counter that will supply you information on how long before your durability replenish. Best part of the game here is, you do not all the time have to wait for the durability bar to fill up. If have planted fruits, this can be use to replenish lost stamina. If you run out of fruits, a call out for help from your friends at times makes a lot of difference as they can send you free food or power replenish bar to allow you to continue your treasure hunting.

While during your treasure hunting trip, you will encounter at times Giant Tiki statue that will block your path to positive part of the island. Jewels found on trees will allow you to pass the Giant Tiki, any way in order to get the definite jewel combination, one must have a few friends which can share with you the color jewel which will unlock the path you need to go to. Else you might just get stuck on that single stage until you get the definite jewel.

Graphic

Treasure Isle is absolutely a pretty game to look at really. Its colorful environments and cartoon like character has an provocative kind of twist in it. Your character will move rather fluently and the animation of digging and chopping down vines and trees is nicely done. However, illustrated alone would not make a it a good game, but it is still a nice eye candy nevertheless.

Sound

Treasure Isle does have a nice Caribbean music that plays during your treasure hunting trip which may remind you of the time on the nice sandy beach away from civilization (Ironically your character is away from civilization). The background Sound Fx also adds very well as you can hear seagulls and the ocean noise which can be rather nice and peaceful to hear, unlike some sound which can be rather bothersome at times. Personally I do like how Zynga does with the sound in this game.

Conclusion

Treasure Isle is not absolutely meant for everyone. I personally find it a bit dull compared to other games in Facebook. any way if seeing lost treasure is your thing, then you might find this game more provocative than I do.
